Surviving the SEO “Slog” – Whiteboard Friday – on MOZ

This post is actually from Friday last week, but makes it on to today’s Posts of the Day (because there is not one on Fridays). This is a MOZ video by Rand Fishkin, and is a regular feature on Fridays, hence its name Whiteboard Friday, with this weeks video all about the mechanics of SEO. Basically the video discusses the relationship between SEO efforts and direct results in Google search, and how expectations can exceed reality. It’s an interesting watch and it is only about 8 minutes long, so I recommend you head over and have a look (or read because there is a transcript too).
