How to make a custom content template using the Views plugin

By Neil on September 7, 2015

This Toolset tutorial was made specifically for OnTheGoSystems who make the plugin. It is aimed at beginners and shows the basics of setting up a content template to layout a custom post type, but the exact same technique can be used to style any page or post type.

I use the Toolset training website to make this tutorial. This site uses the Twenty Fifteen WordPress theme and comes pre-loaded with some custom post types and posts. In this example we use the Services custom post type and style a Service using a new custom content template. To do all this I use the Views plugin.
