I have tried a lot of different lead generation and social sharing programs across my websites. These include free WordPress plugins to paid for programs such as OptinMonster and Sumome.
I did like these programs but I have ended up using something called GetSiteControl. I use this to created signup forms, popups, and social sharing icons across my websites.
Get Site Control costs me $10 per month per website. It works out cheaper than this if you pay annually.
